yass i'm back (finally!)

i'm back with the current hottest restaurant in Singapore..

guess what?! 

YASS IS BREAD STREET KITCHEN BY GORDON RAMSAY!
finally the famous celebritiy chef Gordon Ramsay opens his new restaurant in Singapore.
i mean yeah.. this person!

i'm really excited yet curious about this restaurant until then.. i decided to try it.

 

so its casual dining kinda style restaurant that provides you classy British European menu in reasonable price.

cos its gordon ramsay's restaurant, i thought the price would be really high... but then i just surprised with the average price that they offer.

 

 

the price is range around S$20++ (it's pretty reasonable for this kind of casual dining)

they will also serves you a basket of bread and butter as soon as you arrive, for free.

i order some kinds of food with my friends but mostly r the main dishes hahahahaha

 and yeah, me personally ordered Traditional Fish and Chips with Crushed Peas and Tartar Sauce.

 

 the crunchy taste that combined with crushed peas is impress me so much.

the other mains are the BSK Short Rib Beef Burger with Monterey Jack Cheese and Spicy Sriracha Mayo and Slow-Roasted Dingley Dell with Spiced Apple Pureé.

 

and yeah these main dishes are also worth to try!

but.. the highlight on that day was.. 

Chocolate fondant with Salted Caramel and Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

the outside is really crunchy and the inside just perfectly melt in your mouth.

i really recommend you to try this one hey dessert lovers!

the food just really yummy and the ambiance just really 좋아!

besides, they also serves you with excellent services..

so.. it just NICE!

 

make sure u try this restaurant when u come to Singapore! u'll never regret it :P

but.. dont forget to make ur reservation before you come, cos it would be full booked if you are not.

Singapore: Lime High Tea!

it's tea time!

 

 

this is how i treat my self before the exam.

finally i got a chance to taste the afternoon tea at Lime Parkroyal Hotel on Pickering.

 

they offer a really unique high tea called Tiers of Joy with only $38++ per set inclusive the two choices of tea pot!

(enough for two person per one set)

and it's located just right at the main lobby of Parkroyal hotel on Pickering that offers a really nice ambiance and relaxing feel inside!!

 

 

i came there at 2.30pm and i should wait for 30 minutes cos the afternoon tea is start from 3pm to 5pm (but it's worth to wait tho).

i ordered two pot of Pearl of Orient Green Tea which is for me it just a simply green tea drink LOL

(the waitress said dats one of the nicest tea that they offer!)

 

 

 

and finally the tiers of joy is come!

it's consist of one layer of macaroons, one layer of cutie cakes and one layer of various sandwiches!

 

 

yes.. the high tea set is come along with a plate of raisin scones!

well Parkroyal Hotel on Pickering is just located at China town area.

how to get there?

you can take the bus number: 2, 12, 33, 54, 147, 190, CT28 and stop at New Bridge Road Hong Lim Park (B05059) then walk around 120m to the hotel.

or you can take MRT and stop at Chinatown MRT (NE4/DT19) then walk around 300m.
